Fall 2026: Do you want to help design the next generation of materials used for energy storage, chemical separations, or space exploration, using AI and computational chemistry? Are you interested in getting a PhD? A position is available in Prof. Jacob Gissinger's group at Stevens Institute of Technology. The research will involve computational modeling of high-performance polymers and composites materials.

Qualifications
Students should have a background in materials science, chemical engineering or related fields. Proficiency in programming is a plus. The applicant should be excited to learn about computational materials science and machine learning. Only domestic students are eligible for certain projects due to funding mandates.
